From the beginning, Fields’ Roast has been about more than great coffee. Its mission has always been to create a positive impact in Chesterfield County and the surrounding communities through genuine relationships and meaningful connection. As the founder grew from a teenager into the owner of Fields’ Roast, Chesterfield County offered patience, support, and love. Giving that back to the community remains the company’s highest value. Great coffee is simply the vessel for building a stronger community.

Coffee is more than a daily caffeine boost—it is a chain of connections. It links you to the farmer who harvested and processed the coffee cherry, the importer who brings beans from around the world, the roaster who crafts each batch, and the barista who prepares it just the way you like. You also connect with the coffee itself through the varieties and origins you prefer. Fields’ Roast believes those connections should not end there. We value the conversations we have shared with you—at farmers markets and events, through emails and phone calls, and in partnerships with businesses and nonprofits. The Mercy Mall of Virginia, which supports individuals and families experiencing crisis with essential items, practical help, and compassionate care;
Hitting Cancer Below the Belt (HCB2), which works to prevent colorectal cancer through education and access to screening; and
Brothers Tailor, a small local business that helps people express their personal style with confidence. Local nonprofits and small businesses are the heart of a thriving community and supporting them helps that community grow.
