Met the owner Christopher this weekend, he couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable about his coffee. I bought a bag of 804 and it might be the best bag of coffee I’ve had in a long time. It’s perfectly roasted, not bitter at all and is as smooth as it can get. Highly recommend
